The hives on my legs are calming down a bit. They are not as huge, looking more like regular hives than big discolored bruises. They still itch like crazy, but don't actually hurt today. But I had dozens of new ones pop out on my arms today. Very frustrating!!!

Steven has his best friend over to spend the night so we popped up the camper for them. It's cool that someone gets to use it this weekend!

A guy who heats his home with a wood powered boiler stopped by today and offered to take down the two big ash trees in our yard that were killer by the emerald ash borers. It costs more than $1000 to pay someone  to take down a tree, but this guy offered to take them down for free if he can have the wood to use this winter. We were very happy to take him up on his offer. I like things like that -- we save a whole lot of money and are therefore happy, and he needs the wood so is very happy as well. More things in life should work out so simply.

Bill seems to be feeling better today, but Dan worked today (since I am out of action with the stupid hives, he decided not to take the day off). He is now completely exhausted, to the point where I am wondering if he is getting sick. It didn't help that UM lost to Notre Dame in football this morning, either.
